| Abstract: | The crux of the reform is approval and definition of the rights of laborers. The labor force market can not develop and take form without the basis of exchange of ownerships between the two sides of labor (work) and payment. Economic output and growth are influenced not only by supply of labor force and time supplied but also by the making behaviors of laborers. Working behavior is, to great extent, decided by the definition of the rights of laborers. The paper gives analysis of the relations between laborers rights and allocation and utilization of laborer resources under the condition of the market economy. |
