| Abstract: | At present, a major task of economic system reform is to transform the management mechanism of the state-run enterprises, to push the enterprises to compete on the market. This needs a favorable environment. So the restriction on the personnel finance material of the enterprise and the regulation of enterprise from government function must be overcome. Transforming government function on economic management is the important way for the enterprise to compete on the market truly. |
