| Abstract: | The authors constructed a variety of viewing measures to examine the ways people moved through an evening television viewing, especially the transition between programs and stations. Five different viewing styles were found and only one of them corresponded to the stereotypes of passive viewers. The behavior of the remaining four groups all indicate different types of being active. |
