| Abstract: | Wear FM became Station of the Year beating - among others - BBC Radio Newcastle. Being a community radio Wear proved that audience requires this kind of broadcast. The station works with a full-time staff of 12 and about 100 volunteers. Its programming includes music, talk shows and documentaries. |
