| Abstract: | In the wake of the establishment of the mechanism of selfresponsibility for profits and loss and equal competition foreign trade enterprises should have the idea of " capital goods " and entirety quality to establish a perfect message system of the international market, strengthen the policy making mechanism of export goods development, establish the designing system of export goods, improve the international selling net and various service system, implement the self management right of foreign trade enterprises, strengthen the unified plan and coordination of development of new products. |
