| Abstract: | The challenge of competitiveness demands that companies increase the involvement of everyone in all aspects of com- pany staff is prepared to innovate. Five principles are considered fundamental: Listening, praising, devoting time to recruitment, training and retraining, making use of incentives. Application of these principles requires the simplification of the structure, the reconvertion of the middle manager role, the elimination of red tape and humili- ating conditions. |
