| Abstract: | This article explores the use of vector representation of work cells. It demonstrates how vectors can be used to represent the forces that influence the direction of a cell, and the deviation between cell direction and its target direction. Vector representation can also be applied to represent the functional and directional alignment of a cell. The latter part of this century has seen a radical shift in organizational theory. |
