| Abstract: | Small and medium enterprises play a decisive role in transition periods.This is shown by twelve theses on several aspects of the importance of SMEs for market economies.Free access to markets for anybody creates first of all a paradise for adventurers seeking for quick money.To establish a persistant small business sector like in traditional market economies, needs, however, a clear economic policy which balances measures for breaking down old structures and measures for stabilising a new favourable climate for investments. |
