| Abstract: | Manufacturing industry in the European Union is setting new standards of competition based upon new parameters of production (increased product variety, shorter product life cycle, greater knowledge and service content of products, demands for environmentally - friendly products and processes).Small Slovenian economy must adjust itself to these parameters if it is to shift to a greater export. Contractual manufacturing is an efficient way to reach this goal in a short time period. |
