| Abstract: | In building the main body of market, China has taken efforts to develop various kinds of economic, besides the state-owned economy, and to innovate state-owned enterprises and large collective enterprises. Measures taken to reform the assets right system in public enterprises: 1. Establish the different levels of ownership for national assets, and the new system of administrating national assets. 2. Gradually diverse the stock equity and establish single-targeted administrative responsibilities for assets. |
