| Abstract: | Industrial policies during China's economic take-off are oriented to : 1. reconstructing and expanding the infrastructure, improving the construction of communications and telecommunications vigorously; 2. combining the increase of production with economize to ease the shortage of power; 3. concentrating strength on invigorating and developing pillar industries with priorities and by step so as to up grade the industrial structure; 4. giving special priority to environmental protection in a bid to improve the environment for existence and production. |
