| Abstract: | The fundamental feature of operational mechanism of modern market economy is the organic combination of market adjustment and plan adjustment with the market adjustment as the basis. This feature is decided by the defects of market mechanism and the special functions of plan adjustment. Monopoly to some extent restricts enterprise activities among economic sectors. Market mechanism will inevitably result in the macro imbalance. |
