| Abstract: | Enterprise of multiple economic sectors should be further developed, competitive power of enterprises should be improved. Income allocation should be decided in accordance with economic effects. Competitive environment should be formed among enterprises. Various kinds of and coordinated markets should be set up. Market regulations should be perfected. Social intermediary organization should be developed and self-management should be implemented. Independent local and central tax system should be practiced. The central bank system aim at stabilizing monetary and improving growth should be perfected. |
