Abstract: | The employee communication process plays a potentially important role in any quality improvement principles programme. This article addresses the need to apply quality improvement principles to the employee communication process itself, and underscores the role of employee communication in quality improvement principles. Quality measurement is required by most quality improvement principles programmes : and is a special challenge for the employee communication process. The article suggests new approaches to this problem. |
