| Abstract: | Macro foreign trade regulation and control under the market economic system have such characteristics as indirectness, unity, fairness, internationality, and legality. At present, China needs to further perfect the legal system of foreign trade and strengthen the macro management of foreign trade according to law and regulation and control to promote sustained, rapid and healthy development of foreign trade with an aim at bringing the"accelerator"role of foreign trade with an aim at bringing the "accelerator" role of foreign trade into play in the development of national economy. |
