| Abstract: | The main forms and causes of the state assets draining away are as follows: the latent losses exist in many state firms; firms' strategies exist faults and firms management is bad; underestimate state assets and do credit guarantees at will; etc. On this situation, provincial level governments should play their special roles in regulation the state assets and positively probe into effective ways and rational forms for managing the state assets efficiently. |
