| Abstract: | One of the most important decisions that an MIS executive must make is that of determining the optimum computer acquisition strategy. The purpose of this article is to make MIS managers aware of the alternative computer hardware acquisition strategies available and, more importantly, to describe a methodology for evaluating the cost and benefits of these strategies. |
