| Abstract: | We hear a lot about the use of gainsharing and other group incentives being implemented in a just-in-time (JIT) environment. But can a traditional wage incentive based on the individual also work in this fast paced, ever changing setting? Overall, it appears that combining traditional wage incentives and JIT just might work, and the results could be very exciting for those who are willing to stay the course and see it through. |
