| Abstract: | The widespread proliferation of end user computing and client/server architectures presents today's information systems professionals with the difficult task of managing assets they do not control. This requires a partnership relationship between information systems professionals and their end users. But such partnerships do not form overnight, and small steps are sometimes needed. User empowerment is one lane on the road to partnership. |
