| Abstract: | In this article the authors consider the issue of teaching production and operations management to non-traditional students who cannot come to the campus to attend classes. They propose the use of interactive television in designing MBA programs to meet the needs of these students. Based on the empirical data collected from the teaching of this course, it is found that instruction via interactive television is as effective as that offered in a traditional classroom environment. |
