| Abstract: | You can redesign even a large training curriculum in just 6 months. This case study tells what to do and what not to do. An inhouse trainer was assigned as project manager to devote 100 percent of his time to the redesign. From time to time, he pulled in other members of the training staff to perform specific tasks. Users of the training department served as SME's during the analysis phase. |
