Abstract: | The survey report looks at the market for caravans and camping in Germany, including the following market sectors and products: Caravans, tents, camping equipment such as sleeping bags, rucksacks and other equipment for sleeping, cooking equipment and lights. Following reunification, the focus of all Euromonitor German studies has now become East and West Germany. Majority of tables refer to the unified state. Growing interest in outdoor pursuits has underpinned recent growth in the caravans and camping equipment market. While recession has limited expenditure on high ticket items, lower priced "beginners" products are experiencing dynamic growth. |
