| Abstract: | At the turn of the century, China is in the period of economic transformation. Under such a situation, the dashes has between new and old mode of economic growth, between new and old economic system have certainly arisen in the Pearl River Delta as a domanstration area of reform and opening up. As to how to realize the smooth economic transformation and make the Pearl River Delta and even the eastern, central and western areas develop cordinately and rapidly in the 21st century, this paper tries to make a detailed exposition from such aspects as industrial transfer and reform of finance and taxation systems based on the analysis of the current economic state of the Pearl River Delta. |
