| Abstract: | In recent years, there have emerged new changes in adjustment of industrial structure, and conditions for development, environment and task's which are related to structural adjustment. The focus of adjustment of industrial structure has shifted from stressing solving the problem of economic dislocation to promoting the escalation of industrial structure. The problem of relative surplus has become the object of structural adjustment rather than eliminating shortage. With opening to the outside world expanding continuously, China is facing the pressure of international competition in adjustment of industrial structure. In terms of mode of structural adjustment, adjustment has been made mainly depending on market mechanism rather than the administrative and planning means. |
