| Abstract: | The trade management is the management at the meso-economic level under market economic system. It is an effective approach to replace the sector management under planned economic system. The trade organization forms the main part of trade management. Thus, the nature should be clearly identified. In general, the trades involving economic lifeline should be put under tight control while those competitive trades should be open and the role of the latter organizations should be given full play to with the intermediary management taking the lead. Corporate-and group-oriented development will be an important trend for the trade management. The trade management may be implemented by means of solely owned venture, share holding or equity participation. |
