| Abstract: | Some foreigners invest on pollution-intensive industries (PIIs), especially on MPIIs. They transfer the washed-out technique, equipment, manufacturing technique and dangerous trashes to China, which have a negative effect on ecological environment. Suggestions on countermeasures: to coordinate the two basic national policies-opening to abroad and protecting environment; to establish sustainable strategy which can attract foreign investments; to set up and improve a series of policies and rules which do good to both foreign investments and environmental protection; to erect particular control areas for MPIIs. |
