| Abstract: | Domestic cotton overproduction and international cotton price are cycle-low at present. To put loss of Chinese cotton overstock minimum depend on whether international cotton price can pick up again sooner at the certain degree. Perhaps we issue cotton net export sum in coming 3 of 5 years proposal, eliminate storage undetermined maximum and promote international cotton price picking up again. |
