| Abstract: | In recent years, the scale and pressure is becoming larger and larger because of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the adjustment of industrial structure and the increase of the supply of labour force. Seen from the experiences abroad and the developmental trend of China's economy in the future, it is argued to develop small and middle-sized enterprises in order to solve the problem of unemployment, and to quicken the process of urbanization and the construction of small cities and towns in order to shift the great amount of labour force. Whether China can realize its continuous growth of economy or not depends on the development of small and middled-sized enterprises, and on the construction of small cities and towns. |
