| Abstract: | This paper reports multinational employers' (57 non-US and 42 US companies all located in the US) opinions on how to internationalize business faculty, curricula, students. The study stresses the need to internationalize all business faculty and to internationalize business education as a whole, which means that all business students need international business training to some extent. To increase the supply of international business graduated, schools must provide interdisciplinary international business curricula. |
