| Abstract: | Air transport services have experienced the most dynamic recent growth of all sectors in the vitally important transport industry. The situation today is that even though some relaxation has taken place in a few countries, international air transport, particularly scheduled passenger services, remains heavily regulated and subject to some 3500 bilateral agreements. |
