| Abstract: | This case study of a Finnish symphony orchestra seeks to develop partnerships with members of the business community, four types of partnerships developed over a 10-year period. Various leadership tasks such as visioning, networking, resource acquisition and change management were shared among the orchestra members and its partners as the partnerships evolved. |
