Abstract:Mediated communication does not belong to mass communication. Nowadays media facilitate communication among peers. Because of these factors, the main question behind this article is : "is the concept of audience obsolete, or does the talk of users fall into the discource of the new and reinvent the wheel of media and communication research?" Also is considered methods and existing theories of researhing audiences.
