| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to present an interesting approach for determining interval measures, using the analytic hierarchy process, for integration with social network analysis for knowledge mapping in organizations. The writer uses social network analysis to create a knowledge map to better understand the knowledge flows in the organization. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to develop interval measures, and integrates these values within the social network analysis to produce a meaningful knowledge map. |
