Abstract: | This article presents empirical evidence to support the role of knowledge management within companies. The data was collected from CEOs representing companies with 50 of more employees from a cross-section of industries. The findings suggest that a company with high knowledge management capability will use resources more efficiently and will be more innovative and perform better. |
