Abstract: | This article presents a series of laboratory asset markets which were conducted to study if unsophisticated traders are able to learn to assess publicly released information by trading with and observing trades made by a sophisticated trader. The findings suggest that unsophisticated traders who participate in an asset market with a sophisticated trader show considerable improvement in their ability to use market information on a subsequent price estimation task. |
