| Abstract: | This article explores the impact of organizational culture on sexual minorities in the workplace. An empirical study in UK Fire Service highlights the different dimensions of the Fire Service culture which affect sexual minorities. These dimensions are: the work environment, discourse, ways of working, rules, association, signs and symbols. |
