| Abstract: | This paper refers to a comparitive study, which was conducted over the 10 years in Estonia and Finland. These two countries displayed significant differences in managerial values, including the ethical values of business students, in spite of their cultural relations. The authors claim that the differences could be explained by using the institutional and historical context. |
