| Abstract: | In the timeshare (here as: t-sh./t-shs.) sector, there has been a substantial growth of both size and product configuration during the past decade. For assessing the dimensions of customer value (as: vl.) in t-shs., group interviews were conducted with owners of t-sh. holiday products. There were 12 dimensions of vl. emerging from the interviews, most notably knowledge enhancement. Identified were 6 detractors of derived vl. With a better understanding of the sources of vl. for t-sh. owners, managers can recruit new owners, develop products, and enhance the satisfaction levels and owner loyalty. |
