Abstract: | This article considers electronic Reverse Auctions (hereafter as e-RAs) and the ideal conditions for the successful adoption of e-RAs and their impact on organizational efficiency. e-RAs were examined in the context of e-government in the United Kingdom public sector in general and in a case example in particular. The analysis shows factors that make possible the successful adoption of e-RAs. According to the survey appropriate information and communication behavior is extremely important during the e-RAs process. |
