| Abstract: | In reviewing the knowledge management literature, Guo & Sheffield show that knowledge management research is part of the mainstream of information systems research, and management research in general. Many organizations are struggling with how best to develop and implement a knowledge management strategy. A few key items are often overlooked as they try to weave knowledge management into their organizational fabric. These items include a knowledge management communications and education plan and an after-action review (AAR)/lessons learned process. |
