Abstract:The authors of this article argue that affirmative action should not be an issue that will sink unnoticed, though it has been said to have lost the battle to its opponents and it has been largely replaced by the concept of diversity management. The purpose of this paper is to challenge the ethical support of affirmative actions opponents' views. It is also argued that these views are not, in fact, always even ethically credible. Reinforcing programs of affirmative action is recommended by the authors for organizations that seek to be successful in their global efforts against discrimination and disadvantage.
