| Abstract: | The relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction has a great research tradition in I/O Psychology. Considering intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfactions separately may be useful in classifying this relationship. Individuals employed mostly in managerial and technical positions formed the subject group for the study. Data came from a cross-cultural study of French and American employees. |
