Abstract:Entrepreneurial feats are very highly appreciated in modern way of thinking. But when admiration for the small capitalist prompts attacks on corporate managers, very often perspective is lost on what management is all about. The perceived opposition is challenged between entrepreneurs and managers, stating that such distinction proved to be false. Managers at large companies are also required to have entrepreneurial virtues - courage, a definite level of individualism, innovation and they should not be associated with the bureaucratic problems typical for large organizations.
