Abstract:Customer's growing expectations are critical to customer service success. A carrier must be dedicated to quality performance.Its product quality is service quality, and a zero-defects programme is priority number one. Its services in distribution represent a key element in ensuring that orders arrive at the right place and time in the right quantities. Carriers are assuming an increasing number of obligations in the successful implementation and conduct of customer service programmes, and more responsibility for failure/success and overall environmental concerns.
