| Abstract: | The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has suggested broadcasters to keep in view some rules in order to ensure balanced and high-quality programmes. These are: one-sided programmes should be avoided; programme participants should not be subject to insult or redicule; hosts should avoid sensationalism, etc. All participants of a programme should know the limits of their competence. |
