Abstract:On Oct 10 R. Murdoch appeared in London National Theatre to turn the advertisers' enthusiasm into cash commitments. As France's largest ad agency, Eurocom's president remarked, Europeans must invest "in millions of satellite dishes" before advertisers take it seriously. While governments are deregulating, Council of Europe and European Commission are to restrict commercials on satellite TV.The future seems unpredictable.
