| Abstract: | Much attention is currently being directed in business community to optimising the human resource. The present paper describes the findings of a survey on health and wellness in the workplace for a sample from four industrial sectors in Northern Ireland. The authors pay much attention to current practice, level of awareness and the attitudes of senior executives. |
