Abstract: | Power has been practically synonymous with maleness. The two major trends in the workplace today are the movement of women into leadership levels and the movement by many women and men toward more emphatic nurturing management style. Both are basic violations of earlier norms. The basic economic and political changes are examined from the perspective of the dominator and partnership models. |
