| Abstract: | The acquisition of foreign firms is an often employed means of internationalisation strategy. But in order for it to be successful, the newly acquired foreign firm has to be consolidated into existing corporate structure. The article deals with personnel problems of this consolidation process and suggests an early involvement of the acquired personnel into corporate decisions. |
