| Abstract: | The economic performance of the commodity-dependent developing countries has been dismal over the last decade. The long-term decline of commodity prices is mainly due to falling long-term productions. Improving the external economic environment and providing access to all markets is an essential part of the support of the industrial countries for those that are dependent on commodities. |
